Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made on cocoiondrink.com, operated by Nomi Foods, Inc. (COCO:ION, we, us). By placing an order you agree to them.

 

Orders. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the order. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout.

 

Product. COCO:ION is a food product: freeze-dried coconut water. It is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site describe the roles of nutrients in the body and are not evaluated by the FDA. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects potassium or fluid balance, talk to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of small children.

 

Shipping and returns. Our shipping policy and our return and refund policy form part of these terms and are published on this site.

 

Subscriptions. If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account.

 

Accounts and content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Everything on this site, including the COCO:ION name, the three-eye mark, images, video, music and text, belongs to Nomi Foods, Inc. and may not be reused without written permission.

 

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

 

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

 

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
