Shipping policy

Where we ship. COCO:ION ships to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available yet.

 

Shipping cost. Orders of $49 or more ship free within the United States. Orders under $49 ship at a flat rate of $5.

 

Processing and delivery. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Pre-orders. If a product is marked as shipping with the first batch, it ships as soon as that batch clears testing. We will email you the expected ship date and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

 

Storage. COCO:ION is shelf stable and does not need refrigeration in transit or at home. Keep sticks dry and sealed until you use them.

 

Lost or damaged parcels. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived after 3 business days, or arrives damaged, email info@cocoiondrink.com and we will replace it.
