Refund policy

30-day guarantee. If the first pouch is not for you, we refund it. Email info@cocoiondrink.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send anything back for a first order of one pouch.

 

Returns. For any other order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened pouches can be returned for a full refund. Opened food products cannot be resold, so we ask that you keep them. We will send a prepaid return label for orders shipped within the United States.

 

Refunds. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval and may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

 

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

 

Subscriptions. Subscription orders can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time from your account before the next renewal date.
